INSTRUCTIONS


Guidelines: This website is here to help you practice the skills that we teach in Resilient Together. During each session, your study clinician will recommend the best skills for you to practice. Practicing what you learn is the best way to make and see progress!

Videos: Below each of these sessions, you’ll find videos that correlate to each skill you will learn in Resilient Together. You have full access to these videos to learn new skills, or to review the skills you learned in previous sessions.

Audio Recordings (COMING SOON): These recordings are here to help you practice the skills in Resilient Together. There are two ways you can listen - first, you can play the audio recordings directly on this website; second, you can download the session recordings onto your phone or computer by clicking the “Download” button below.

Downloading Recordings (COMING SOON): When clicking the “Download” button, it will open a Google Drive Folder. This folder has all of the recordings for Session 1 - 8. Simply click the name of the recording and it will start playing.
