This is a skills-based program to support couples after dementia diagnosis developed by researchers at Mount Sinai Hospital.

About Us

Who are we?

Resilient Together for Dementia is a program that formed through a collaboration of clinicians and scientists at the Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR) at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brain Injury Research Center at Mount Sinai Hospital.

What are we trying to do?

Resilient Together for Dementia is a 6-session program for couples that includes topics and skills practice to help each person cope with daily challenges, and to work together as a team. It includes a combination of “core” skills to help manage stress, and has some sessions that are focused on specific challenges that come up after dementia diagnosis.
