Resilient Together

A program to support patients and care-partners after dementia diagnosis

Developed by an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers at the Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research at Mass General Hospital and the Brain Injury Research Center at Mount Sinai in New York.

WELCOME!

Facing the future after a dementia diagnosis can be difficult. You may wonder how to work together as a couple, plan and maintain responsibilities, as well as having trouble understanding and accepting changes and losses.

Resilient Together is a skills-practice program for couples where you will work with your Resilient Together Coach- a licensed clinical psychologist- to receive tools related to coping and learning how to best support one another during this time.

During this program, you and your partner will simultaneously participate in 6 live video sessions with your Coach to review and practice skills that will help you feel more comfortable, capable, and prepared.

On this page, we included a video of what some of our previous participants had to say about Resilient Together for Dementia.
